About Us

Dorie Hordon
“Westport schools are worth fighting for. My three sons have had great experiences, but every parent in Westport knows the journey is never easy. The same goes for the Board of Ed. As Vice Chair, I have worked hard as we have navigated many difficult challenges. I give our administration the support they need, but if I think something is wrong, I let them—and the community—know! I feel I have had a significant and positive impact on our schools over the past four years. I hope to have your vote.”

I follow the belief that the best leaders are teachers, and the best teachers are leaders.
